The Philippine lady who cuts my hair also noticed pimples on the upper back of my neck. She recommended this product and it works. The shampoo is gentle and you only need a little bit. The conditioner is filled with natural elements and tingles as it conditions your hair. After it is rinsed out, you can still feel the tingling sensation. The scalp treatment seemed silly and over-drive at first, but it settled my hair down so I could dry it like I like. There are no unnatural or petroleum-based ingredients. Between these products, my scalp and hair is healthier looking and feeling. It is not a cheap treatment product, but I feel better after using it. You only live once and it's a great product.P.S. Think about putting a water filter in your showerhead.
