| 9 of 9 people found the following review helpful  Not As Good As It Used To Be,  This review is from: NIOXIN New System Kit #2 (Health and Beauty) Since Procter & Gamble moved production to Mexico, the product doesn't seem to be nearly as good as it used to be. The Scalp Therapy used to really tingle on my scalp and now it doesn't do anything other than just sit there. Apparently, they closed down the U.S. manufacturing plant and started producing Nioxin in Mexico. It appears to me they may have also changed the formula. Either way, I don't perceive the same thickening effect it used to have. Sadly, it is no longer made like that. I don't know if it is the thinner product or a change in formula, but my hair just doesn't get the results it used to.
