I started using it because I noticed that my hair has been falling out for the past couple of years. After negative blood tests and increasing my vitamin intake, nothing seemed to help. After some research, I figured that maybe my current shampoos were leaving too much scalp buildup that was causing my hair to fall out. Let me tell you that my hair no longer falls out at the rate it used to. I am sooo pleased with this product. My scalp feels so much more healthy.
